Daphné Gil Mena practises both advisory and litigation work in intellectual property law and commercial law. She handles issues relating to copyright, trademarks, designs and models, as well as unfair competition and parasitic competition practices, and contractual disputes.
She supports French and international companies in the protection, exploitation and defence of their intangible assets, primarily in the video game, entertainment, fashion, luxury, and design sectors.
Called to the Paris Bar in 2023, she previously practised at Kern & Weyl before joining M21 Avocats in 2026.
