As a regulated profession, M21 Avocats is bound by the ethical rules of the legal profession, in particular the National Internal Rules (Règlement Intérieur National – RIN) of the National Bar Council (Conseil National des Barreaux), as well as the internal rules of the Paris and Bordeaux Bar Associations.

Information transmitted to M21 Avocats in the context of an attorney-client relationship is protected by professional secrecy (attorney-client privilege), in accordance with Article 66-5 of Law No. 71-1130 of 31 December 1971 and Article 2 of the RIN. As such, it shall not be disclosed to any third party.
