Nauts

Associate

Julie Nauts practises primarily in an advisory capacity in intellectual property law and commercial law, with an approach focused on the operational support of the clients she advises. She favours working in close proximity to projects, collaborating closely with the firm’s clients to secure, structure and bring their initiatives to fruition — particularly within a framework of negotiation and strategic and creative thinking. She also handles litigation matters.

She deals with issues relating to copyright, trademarks, unfair competition and contracts, primarily in the video game and new technology sectors.

Julie supports French and international companies of all sizes, active in video games, e-sports, audiovisual, online platforms, marketing, artificial intelligence, blockchain and digital art.

She has developed particular expertise in the video game industry, which she also knows from the inside, having spent over three years as in-house counsel at an international publisher.

Called to the Paris Bar in 2024, she previously practised at Kern & Weyl before joining M21 Avocats in 2026.
