Cocotier
Maëva Cocotier practises Corporate / M&A / Private Equity law, with expertise focused on supporting executives, entrepreneurs and investors in the context of innovative projects.
Maëva Cocotier assists her clients at every stage of their company’s life, from launch through to development and structuring. Close to the companies and executives she works with, she supports them pragmatically in the execution of complex, high-stakes transactions: fundraising, disposals and acquisitions, and employee incentive plans.
Her approach is demanding, solution-oriented, and built on an unambiguous three-pillar principle: structure, negotiate, secure.
Drawing on her experience within international law firms, Maëva Cocotier also advises on the establishment of French subsidiaries of foreign groups and has a solid practice in cross-border transactions.
With singular expertise in innovative companies and, more broadly, in the Tech sector, she regularly handles transactions combining legal, technical, financial and operational challenges.
Holder of an LL.M. in International Business Law (King’s College London), she has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2019. Maëva Cocotier is a co-founder of M21 Avocats.
