Marie L’Hermite practises IT/Data law with particular expertise in the Tech and Energy sectors. She supports companies of all sizes in the energy and digital sectors in securing their critical infrastructures and deploying their complex technology projects.

Positioned as the “legal right hand” of executives, she works alongside them from contractual and regulatory structuring through to the operational implementation of projects, in contexts of development, transformation, or complex growth.

With over ten years of experience as General Counsel in the energy and tech sectors, Marie L’Hermite has an operational understanding of her clients’ business, technical and regulatory challenges. This hands-on experience allows her to offer legal solutions that are at once contractual, regulatory, strategic, and pragmatic — in direct alignment with the needs of executives and their teams.

Holder of a DESS in European Business Law and an LL.M. in German Law and European Law, she is a member of the Bordeaux Bar. Marie L’Hermite is a co-founder of M21 Avocats.
